We assisted a former bank executive in organizing a new Holding Company and acquiring a Bank. We then worked with the group to branch into a major Metropolitan area. Additionally, we helped move the headquarters to the Metropolitan area.
We also assisted another formal banker in raising money for the recapitalization of an existing community bank.
We assisted an electrical contractor with securing a bank loan. The loan was to finance bucket trucks and Accounts Receivable.
We secured factoring services for trucking firms.
We worked on strategic planning and financing expansion for a Healthcare Information Technology Company.
We provided early stage investment in a startup company providing personal healthcare information to individuals.
Keith Aiken is a native of Blytheville, Arkansas. After obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Agribusiness from Arkansas State University, Keith spent several years in the transportation and agribusiness sectors before attending law school at Mississippi College. After law school Keith returned to his home state of Arkansas and entered private practice with a Jonesboro firm focusing on commercial law, insurance defense, real estate and estate planning. Subsequent to his time in Jonesboro, Keith has served as corporate counsel to a transportation factoring company and Managing Attorney over legal operations in Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee for a specialty finance company. Keith has also maintained a private practice since 2013 in which he has focused on small business advisory, farm real estate, probate, commercial and general civil litigation. Keith is licensed to practice in all state courts of Arkansas and Tennessee and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Arkansas and Western District of Tennessee.
Michael J. Brennan is a long-time client who tailors “Clean Energy Technology Components” for commercial real estate as its effect(s) to CapEx & OperEx as a service while minimizing capital stack and maximizing tax strategy’s. He has several years of experience successfully assisting clients with energy reduction.
A diversified back-ground of experience i.e.; commercial mortgage banking, direct construction, investment banking & banking provides the quality of service in the clean energy sector with every changing energy enhancement savings opportunities. He a graduate of the University of MS.
Will Chase serves as Chairman of the Board of Banc3 Holdings, Inc., and CEO of Bank3. He began his career in 1978 at Memphis Bank and Trust and over the next 35 years added to his experience. He most recently was President and CEO of Triumph Bank from 2005-2021, leading the bank to a successful sale to Simmons First National Corp. He is a graduate of Memphis University School, Vanderbilt University, as well as the ABA’s National Commercial Lending School. He is a former Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Concord Academy, a School for Special Needs Students, a former Governing Board Member of St. Francis Hospital, and a current Board Member of Convergence Memphis.

The bank’s corporate headquarters is located at 5210 Poplar Ave. and locally has branches on White Station Road and in Southaven on May Boulevard. Bank3 also has locations in Jackson, Union City, and Woodland Mills in West Tennessee, and in Franklin in the Nashville area.
Thad is currently a VP, Strategic Account Executive at Health Catalyst. Most recently he was an Enterprise Client Partner for Conduent, an international healthcare business process organization, managing over a $200M book of business comprised of health plans, BPMs, and hospitals.
Previously, he was Vice President and General Manager at Thomson Reuters Healthcare Health Plan Segment, responsible for over 126 Health Plan clients across the United States.
Thad was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Health Research Insights, Inc.
During his career, he has also held positions as Research Professor & Director of the Center for Healthcare Informatics at Tennessee Technological University, Executive Vice President at BDA Health Informatics, Senior Director of Healthcare Informatics at CareSource, Vice President of Healthcare Informatics at Healthways, Inc., various positions at Cigna Healthcare, and served over 20 years in the Army (active and National Guard).
He attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, Clark University, and Vanderbilt University, where he earned his PhD in an eight-year university fellowship in psychology.
Dr. Perry is recognized as a leader in healthcare, authoring book chapters and peer reviewed articles on this subject, teaching graduate-level courses as well as consulting with numerous State and Federal contractors.
He founded the Medicare and Medicaid Contractors Statistical and Data Analysis Conference, which is now in its 25th year.
Cindy Staten was a client that we worked with for several years.
She owned and operateed a trucking firm in Charleston, MS which she started and built.
This is the second trucking firm that she was instrumental in building.
Cindy is a graduate of the University of MS and a professional in Human Resources.
Karen Thomas is the Founder and CEO of Agrin Health, a health tech company dedicated to improving collaboration between consumers and care teams for better health outcomes. With extensive experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors, Karen serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Women Can Be Angels Inc., promoting angel investment awareness among women, and is a member of the Communications Committee for the Coalition for App Fairness, advocating for fair competition in the app ecosystem. Additionally, Karen held leadership roles at the Madison Lacrosse Club and the COVID Credentials Initiative, focusing on youth sports accessibility and public health, respectively. Previous positions include Co-Founder of Fishbowl, LLC, Senior Advisor at Karen Thomas Consulting, and Director of Product Management at Emdeon. Educational credentials include a BS in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in Healthcare from the University of Phoenix.
