Bill Lucado is President of First Management Consulting, LLC (FMC). FMC works as a referral partner with large specialty finance firms. The company helps clients secure financing. FMC also works with banks, Fintechs and transportation companies. Financing services range from accounts receivable financing, merchant finance, senior loans
Bill Lucado is President of First Management Consulting, LLC (FMC). FMC works as a referral partner with large specialty finance firms. The company helps clients secure financing. FMC also works with banks, Fintechs and transportation companies. Financing services range from accounts receivable financing, merchant finance, senior loans and other asset based lending to subordinated debt and private equity.
Most recently, Bill has become an organizer and director of Lineage Financial Network; the bank holding company for Lineage Bank in Franklin, TN. He is also a director of Lineage Bank.
He was Chairman of Black River BancVenture, Inc., a financial services investment company, 2007 until 2012. Previously, he was President of EFS Federal Savings Bank and Chief Investment Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Concord EFS. As President of EFS, he acquired extensive experience in trucking and transportation.
He served as a consultant to numerous banks and was in charge of starting two new banks. Consulting clients ranged in size from multinational U. S. and foreign corporations (e.g. American Airlines, British Airways, Sony) and governmental entities (e.g. Commonwealth of Puerto Rico) to regional and community banks.
